Personal data processing and privacy policy of Solac contact forms
In Solac, we want to offer you several services and possibilities of interaction with us; therefore, it is necessary that you give us permission to process your personal data.
As we want to be totally transparent and we want you to use freely the services that we offer, here you will find all the extended information about the processing of your data.
1.- Who is responsible for processing your data?
Your data will be incorporated into a file whose sole responsibility will be the company Solac Small Electro, S.L. with tax identification code B-01524230 and with headquarters at Avenida de los Huetos 75, Polígono Industrial Ali-Gobeo, local 10, sala 6, planta baja, 01010 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Alava). Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alava, Volume 1562, Folio 159, Page VI-17080
2.- What do we want your data for and for what purpose do we process them?
First, we inform you that the acceptance of the data processing is totally necessary to be able to use the specific service that you requested through the corresponding form. Otherwise we cannot manage the services we offer.
We request the data to be able to respond to the query made through our website in the "Contact" or “Invoice” section.
3.- How long will we keep your data?
We will keep your data the time necessary to manage and give a correct solution to the question you ask us. Your data will be deleted 6 months after having satisfactorily resolved your query. If your query is to request an online invoice, the data of the invoice itself will be kept the legally established period by which these data must be kept by the companies (currently 6 years).
4.- What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
By filling out the form voluntarily, whatever the device from which you do it, and accepting the processing of personal data, giving your consent, you authorise us to know your data, incorporate them into our database and treat them with the purpose previously described and in accordance with everything established in this document.
5.- To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The data you provide will be treated internally from Solac Small Electro, S.L. There will be no data transfers with other countries. We will not transfer data to third parties, except by legal obligation.
6.- What are your rights when you provide us with your information?
Anyone has the right to know if Solac Small Electro is processing his data.
If you decide to use the services offered by filling in the corresponding form, you will have the right at any time to access your personal data, rectify them if they are not correct or have changed and even request suspension when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose they were delivered. The opposition exercise is equal to the suspension exercise
The portability and decision automation exercises do not apply to the type of data and their treatment.

7.- Data veracity.
You, as a user of the indicated services, are responsible for the veracity of your data and you agree not to enter false data and to proceed to modify them if necessary.
